You must obtain permission from SMRphotos.co.uk if you are paying for space in a publication and wish to include a photograph.  You must supply the publisher with photographer’s authority to show that the material you are supplying is authorised for that use. For example: Placing a classified advert in a magazine or on the internet. Please contact me at the address above such letter of authority.

If you are supplying a photograph to accompany an article which you are not paying to have included, then the publisher of the article is responsible for copyright clearance. Please be sure to give the publisher as much information as you can about the copyright holder (i.e. website addressee, e-mail address and telephone number).

Following the introduction of the EU Directive (Copyright and Regulated Rights Regulations) in October 2003, a credit must be given to the photographer or copyright holder wherever the picture is reproduced.
